• Device and kiosk usage data for platform performance monitoring

• Name, company name, email address, and enquiry details submitted via the contact form

02 How We Use Your Information

• To match candidates with suitable job opportunities through Mploy Jobs
• To share candidate profiles and interview recordings with prospective client employers — only with candidate consent
• To conduct reference verification as part of the placement process

• To deliver, track, and improve training content through the Skill Shot LMS platform
• To respond to enquiries submitted through the website contact form

03 Sharing of Information

• With client employers (Mploy Jobs): Candidate profiles, interview recordings, and joining documents are shared with prospective employers as part of the placement process. This is done with the candidate's explicit knowledge and consent.

• With client organisations (Skill Shot): Training records and assessment scores are shared with the employing organisation that has subscribed to the Skill Shot platform.
